How long, O Lord? How long must I wait to see your glorious presence?

God you know how I long for you and your presence. I long to see your glory. I thirst for your transforming power.

God, how long must I wait?

God, I trust in you, and in you I will wait. I will continue to be faithful in the things you have called me. I will continue because you are faithful. You are Lord and God and nothing will ever change that.

God, as the dry parched earth thirsts for rain, I thirst and hunger for your holy presence.

Do not be far off. Be near.
